Roast or fry anything savoury up, ie onions, bit of bacon or sausage, bit of red pepper, mushroom. Thyme is a lovely addition.
At the same time boil up some lentils, 4 or 5 good handfuls.
Pour those cooked things into a lasagne dish, then pour over a beaten mixture of 8 eggs and creme fraiche, and mix it all into a goo. Bake in oven for 25 mins.
