The Poultry Garden hopes that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase and order process, but recognises that you may wish to return the product. If the product arrives damaged in any way please contact us immediately and we will arrange to send a replacement. We may ask you to complete an insurance form.

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days from receipt of the goods.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip.

You will not be able to stop an order, once it has been despatched. The item will have to be delivered, before it can be returned as per your statutory rights.

If you return an item, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 sterling. In any case, you should ask for proof of posting. This is to safeguard you against any loss in the postal system.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
